The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and taking their orders Operating the frozen yogurt machines Preparing toppings and maintaining a clean and organized toppings station Handling cash and credit card transactions Maintaining a clean and organized store Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age Must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week Previous customer service experience is preferred Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Bubble tea or coffee barista experience preferred, but not required.
