Our practice areas include real estate, estate planning and probate, business and contracts.
This position provides a variety of clerical assistance and support to 4-6 attorneys and 3 paralegals in the office.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Perform basic office administrative duties, answering emails & phone calls, taking messages, receiving and sending faxes, scanning files into our SharePoint system, managing office google calendar; Receive and screen clients and the public by phone and in person; assist with answers to basic or routine questions; directs them to the appropriate resources; Receive service of legal documents and routes to the appropriate party; Process and route incoming and outgoing mail and other special deliveries distinguishing between legal and general correspondence/documents; Perform delivery/messenger services such as serving and filing legal documents and obtaining signature in order to meet critical deadlines; WE WILL PROVIDE ON THE JOB TRAINING--SALARY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE This is a ever evolving and growing position! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
