We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Coordinator & Office Assistant to join our team.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by efficiently handling order processing, order quality check, label printing, phone calls, emails, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Accurately process incoming orders from customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
Quality Control:
Thoroughly inspect out going orders for quality plant material, ensuring adherence to set standards.
Identify and report any signs of pests or damages promptly to the appropriate personnel for further action.
Label Printing:
Generate and print labels for products, ensuring accurate and consistent labeling for inventory management and shipping purposes.
Phone Call Management:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, or taking messages as needed.
Email Correspondence:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product availability information.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and label printing.
Ability to identify and provide basic knowledge of plants to customers Ability to identify pests, bugs, diseases and other undesirable traits with the plants prior to shipment.
Effective communication skills for professional phone and email correspondence.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with order processing software or inventory management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also independently, taking initiative when needed.
