Position Overview:
As a Cannabis Processing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production and manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for executing tasks related to the processing of cannabis products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects of production.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Cannabis Processing:
- Operate and monitor processing equipment for various stages of cannabis product manufacturing.
- Paint joints with precision, meeting specific productivity goals.
- Trim and process cannabis plants according to established guidelines, meeting trimming productivity goals.
2.
Quality Control:
- Conduct visual inspections of cannabis products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
3.
Packaging and Organization:
- Package cannabis products efficiently and accurately, meeting specific order requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Assist in the fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely and accurate packaging.
4.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about and adhere to all local and state regulations governing cannabis processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns promptly.

Safety:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cannabis processing or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work with precision to maintain product quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
