We are a Licensed I-502 cannabis producer/processor and have been in business for over 6 years and expanding our operations in our facility in Lake Stevens and now hiring positions for our Order Processing Team.
Daily tasks would include creating/packaging/labeling products, trimming/processing plants, weighing out products with precision to correct amounts, adhere to company standards and operating procedures and abide by Washington State cannabis laws and regulations.
You will also need to maintain a clean and organized work space, keep up to date inventory tracking spreadsheets and complete other assigned tasks with processing orders for the day.
The position will require you to be focused and accurate to maintain the quality of our product at all times while dealing with multiple orders and tasks.
Being on time and attending work shifts as assigned and following directions is essential to maintain a position working with us.
If hired, a 30 day probationary period will be in effect to evaluate your work performance to be a permanent member of our team.
If you have three absences during the 30 day probation you will no longer have the opportunity to be a member of our team and will be terminated from the position.
The work shift will be 6:
30-3:
00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime options.
We offer an hourly rate of $17.
00 and you will receive an annual review of your performance on the job to receive an increase in your wage.
After completing one year of employment with us you will be eligible to receive paid holidays and vacation pay as well.
You must have High School Diploma or GED and be at least 21 years of age, have a valid form of government issued I.
D.
and a criminal background check will be done as condition of employment as well.
