Our solid growth is creating opportunities for us to expand our team and we are offering a key full time Maintenance Worker.
We are looking for a positive, dependable individual who can provide excellent customer service to all customers, vendors and crew members.
We have a casual and friendly work environment where we excel in professional service while maintaining a family centered atmosphere Responsibilities Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Applying and removing seasonal greenhouse protection Irrigation maintenance Electric golf cart maintenance Other Responsibilities Preparing soil mixture (with tractor) Mowing fields (tractor mower) Weed whacking Spray weed control Skills Proven maintenance experience.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Ability to operate tractors in a variety of weather conditions High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Benefits Compensation is $20 - $23 / hr depending on experience.
